Conveniently situated just 500 yards from the sea, and on 3 levels, this charming detached cottage lies just a stone’s throw from cafés, shops, pubs and restaurants. Set in the heart of the Old Town of Hastings (used in TVs Foyles War), it has easy access to the castle, the smugglers’ caves, the Sea Life Centre and other seaside attractions. Picturesque Winchelsea and the unspoilt beach at Pett are a little further afield, whilst delightful Rye warrants a visit. A short drive away are Bodium Castle, Battle Abbey, Batemans, and the gardens of Great Dixter and Sissinghurst. Shops and pubs 100 yards.
